SEAN A. ESPLEY
» Background
Sean A. Espley has been in the field of Forensic Document Examination since 1997. Mr. Espley is a full time government Forensic Document Examiner , as well as co-proprietor of Integrated Forensic Services, LLC. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 1996 from California State University- Sacramento in Criminal Justice.
Mr. Espley is currently an Active Member of the Southwestern Association of Forensic Document Examiners (SWAFDE) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Document Examiners (ABFDE). He has been certified by the ABFDE since 2002.
Mr. Espley has examined and rendered opinions on over one thousand cases in his career. He has provided expert testimony in Municipal, Superior, and Federal Court in 17 counties in the State of California and 3 counties in the State of Nevada. He has taught numerous classes regarding Forensic Document Examintion and is currently an instructor for the Advanced Training Center (ATC) for the California Department of Justice.
